this is the last post for a while...I might phone post but its to Washington and the cascades for 3 weeks of downhome comfort

the half ironman went as well as can be expected of anything that long and painful
5 hours 31.27 seconds and a healthy 2nd place in my agegroup.
I was also in the paper as the youngest person in the entire race

heres to never doing that again!
